Social Initiative
Janine's Corner of Hope
I founded Janine’s Corner of Hope in 2026, while in Grade 4, to turn my creativity into meaningful support for children at the Hangzhou Orphanage. Through this Taobao shop, a Chinese online marketplace similar to eBay, I sell handcrafted merchandise that I personally design and create, with proceeds supporting the orphanage.
Project Adrias (Save the Chinese Giant Salamander Project)
Project Andrias empowers young people to protect China's giant salamanders by promoting freshwater conservation, supporting scientific research, and educating communities about the importance of protecting wild populations and their habitats.
01 Janine’s Corner of Hope
Established in September 2026, Janine’s Corner of Hope transforms original artwork into self-produced merchandise, with every sale supporting the Hangzhou Orphanage. The online store has generated RMB 40,000 in annual sales and donations, demonstrating how creativity and entrepreneurship can deliver meaningful social impact.
